Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible.

We cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us for a replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds:

Approved returns will be processed as store credit or exchange; refunds to the original payment method are subject to management approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
